Microsoft

The event of the American company Microsoft in Barcelona is divided in 2 parts: Congress and trade exhibition. With an occupation of 5 halls spaced in different activities, held during the month of November in the Fira de Barcelona Gran Via venue.

We received the task of budgeting the production and installation directly of their event agency based in the United States. The project has a large amount of sites to expose and it is very demanding in quality materials and thorough in the establishment of the brand terms.

An internal Act of presentation of news, concerning to Microsoft company, is making the technical sessions of the Congress to have a great importance for our customer. Signage and decoration of the halls becomes the main purpose of our work. Related schedules, speakers and activities is the goal through hanging banners, vinyl installed in the walls and counters, free-standing structures, etc.

They charge us to contact exhibitors for the hiring of advertising elements during the Convention. They tend to be providers of programmes and technological materials from Microsoft. The engagement was a success and the introduction of brands was recognized with satisfaction by the organizers.

The installation and removal of the elements took place in just 5 days due to the changing contents of the Congress that the organizer wanted to give to the visitor in order to get an unique and special visitor experience.
